Adrenaline Modulates on the Respiratory Network Developmentat, adrenaline switched from enhancement to depression of the respiratory rhythm. Adrenaline modulated GABAergic synaptic transmission to respiratory neurons in late developmental stage. These results suggest that the involvement of central adrenergic modulation on the respiratory network maturation.

Fictive Lung Ventilation in the Isolated Brainstem Preparation of the Aquatic Frog, Xenopus Laevisar cycle similar to buccal oscillation in ranid frogs, were observed in the cranial nerve V and X but not in the hypoglossal and the third spinal nerve.
