New Application of Laser in Surgery-Using CO2 Laser and YAG-Laser to Seal the Rupture of Spleen on Droscopic and microscopic findings showed that the healing of lesions were excellent. Our primery experiment shows that CO2 laser and YAG laser may be used to seal the ruputer of spleen. The demage of CO2 laser was smaller then that of YAG laser, but YAG laser was more useful for blood field and more effective for the larger ruputer of spleen.
