Photodissociation of NO2 by Pulsed Laser Light at 6943Aof the dissociation energy. The mechanism proposed to account for the results was the consecutive absorption of two photons, the first resulting in a short-lived excited state. The second photon is then absorbed by the excited species resulting in dissociation.

Influence of Particles on Laser Induced Air Breakdownticles in the focal volume of the laser beam on the breakdown threshold and to investigate the nature of the initiation process and the growth mechanisms of the plasma.
