Versuch des Forstdiebstahls. WerthsersatzVersuch eines Forstdiebstahls liegt schon dann vor, wenn das Abhauen des Holzes vom Stamme in diebischer Absicht d. h. in der Absicht rechtswidriger Zueignung geschieht. Nicht nur bei dem vollendeten Forstdiebstahl, sondern auch beim blossen Forstdiebstahlsversuche ist auf den Ersatz des Werthes des entwendeten Holzes zu erkennen.
