Mobile Edge Offloading Using Markov Decision Processesand data should be automatically shifted between mobile devices, the edge, and the cloud. To address this issue, this study proposes a Markov Decision Process (MDP) based methodology to intelligently make such choices while optimizing multiple objectives.
