Quantification of Docetaxel in Serum Using Turbulent Flow Liquid Chromatography Electrospray Tandem of serum. Concentrations of docetaxel were quantified by a calibration curve relating the peak-area ratio of docetaxel to a deuterated internal standard (docetaxel-D9).
