Suture Manipulation in Arthroscopic Surgery produced, and their affinity to human bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells (hBM-MSCs), human embryonic stem cells (hESC) and human induced pluripotnent stem cells (hiPSC) were evaluated through observing expression of specific proteins, DNA or RNA, to investigate possibilities of using the matrix in regenerative medicine.
