An Approach for Determining Evolutionary Distance in Network-Based Phylogenetic Analysis,isms, but also the phylogenetic or topological difference of individual enzymes. The resulting evolutionary distance measures are compared with the plain . by use of 16s rRNA-based distance as reference.
