Cell Trafficking Networks in Cutaneous T Cell Lymphomaseen in previous studies. HECA-452 expression by dermal lymphocytes ranged from 1–42%. Only in lesions of CTCL were appreciable numbers of epidermal HECA-452. lymphocytes present (mean = 31%+). PCNA. lymphocytes were routinely seen only in CTCL and were limited to a subset of cells within the epidermis.

HTLV-1 Proviral Sequences in Cutaneous CD30-Positive T Large Cell LymphomasNA sequences. Southern blot hybridization and enzymatic DNA amplification (PCR) revealed incomplete HTLV-1-specific sequences in all large cell lymphomas examined. In the small cell CTCL examined these sequences could not be detected. Our results suggest that HTLV-1 may be closely associated with a proportion of cutaneous T large cell lymphomas.
