Study of Positional Error on Ionospheric Scintillation Over Antarctic Region and Loss due to Lockine latitude. The scatter of 2D latitudinal positional error in meters was found to be larger than the longitudinal error. The error points are within the confidence level before the onset of geomagnetic storm event and move significantly out of the 95% error eclipse and error circle.
