Jürgen Warnatz,Ulrich Maas,Robert W. Dibblee discuss in some detail the most common techniques for preparation of nanosized ferroxide powders. Finally, we present original results on applying a promising chemical technique, namely, the single microemulsion technique, for the synthesis of barium hexaferrite powders consisting of homogeneous in shape and size particles.
