OSCD: An Online Charging Scheduling Algorithm to Optimize Cost and Smoothnessth Charging Decision) to coordinate the charging rate of EVs. To evaluate the effectiveness of OSCD, a series of simulations are conducted based on a real-world charging dataset of EVs.
